1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to Nutrilogy ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a nutrition and wellness platform operated from Bangalore, India.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "user," "your"), and Nutrilogy, concerning your access to and use of:

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Your Content
By uploading, posting, or submitting any content to Nutrilogy, including meal photos, health data, comments, feedback, or suggestions ("Content"), you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit this Content
- The Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- The Content is not defamatory, offensive, or harmful
- You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals in photos or videos
- The Content complies with applicable laws
License to Nutrilogy
To provide and improve the Services, you grant Nutrilogy a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your Content only as necessary to:
- Operate and personalize the Services
- Provide AI-powered nutrition and wellness features
- Improve safety, reliability, and product quality
- Generate anonymized or aggregated insights that do not identify you
Removal of Content
- You may delete your Content from your Account where the feature is available
- Nutrilogy may remove, edit, or moderate Content that violates these Terms or appears harmful
- Some data may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, backups, or legitimate business purposes
Your Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of your underlying health and personal data
- You can request export or deletion of your Account data by contacting us

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

- Republish or redistribute Content from Nutrilogy without written permission

Prohibited Uses:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Post content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Nutrilogy staff
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Engage in spam, phishing, or social engineering attacks

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Nutrilogy Content
Nutrilogy owns all intellectual property in:

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
NO WARRANTIES

HEALTH OUTCOMES
- Nutrilogy does NOT guarantee weight loss, improved health metrics, or achievement of health goals
- Results vary based on individual factors, compliance, medical history, and lifestyle
- You acknowledge that dietary changes should be made under professional guidance where appropriate
- Nutrilogy is not responsible for adverse health outcomes resulting from your use of the Services
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Nutrilogy be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill

Severability
